No, we use a soft wash system, which involves low-pressure water (under 500 PSI) combined with eco-friendly cleaning agents like salt-based detergent, citrus solutions, and neutral pH cleaners. This method gently lifts dirt, mould, algae, and grime—without damaging your paintwork.

Yes. Our solutions are biodegradable and low in toxicity. They are applied at safe dilution levels, and we take extra care by pre-rinsing and post-rinsing garden areas to minimize exposure. Once exposed to sunlight, the products break down into harmless components.

Absolutely. Routine exterior cleaning can extend the life of your paint by 20–25%. In fact, many paint warranties require annual washing to remain valid.

We recommend a house wash every 12 months.

If your home is near the coast, in bushland, or in a high-humidity area, a wash every 6 to 12 months is ideal to prevent moss, lichen, and salt buildup.

For a standard single-story home, the wash usually takes 2 to 3 hours.

Larger or multi-story homes may take longer depending on size and complexity.

Before We Arrive – How You Can Prepare

To help us complete the job safely and efficiently, please:

  • Ensure a working outdoor water tap is accessible.

  • Clear driveways and patios to allow room for our vehicle and hoses.

  • Remove clothes from lines and cover or move any items like outdoor furniture, pot plants, BBQs, tools, and pet bowls.

  • Shut all windows and doors tightly. If you have older windows, placing towels on the inside sills can help prevent leaks.

  • Keep pets and children indoors or clear of the work area during the wash.

  • Inform us beforehand if:

    • Any surfaces or areas need to stay dry.

    • You have delicate plants or items that require special care.

These simple steps ensure the best cleaning outcome with minimal disruption to your day.
